Energizer's Toy Cash Rewards Program Frequently Asked Questions 

Question: How do I get a code? 
Answer: Purchase specially marked packages of Energizer® MAX® batteries between 10/1/12 and 4/15/13, while supplies last. 
Question: How do I redeem codes?   
Answer: To redeem codes, visit www.energizertoycash.com. To receive a $4 Toy Cash Reward:  You must have two (2) Codes obtained from your  purchase of specially marked packs of AA-4 or AAA-4 batteries (any combination). To receive an $8 Toy Cash Reward: You must have two (2) Codes from specially marked packs of AA-8 or AAA-8 batteries (any combination). 
You must purchase two four (4) packs or two eight (8) packs to be eligible for a Reward.  A combination of one four (4) pack and one eight (8) pack will not be eligible.   
Once you have entered your Codes, you may select one (1) of the following ways to redeem codes for a Reward: 
- As a Prepaid Toy Cash MasterCard® card; OR 
- As a transfer into your PayPal™ account. 
Question: What information do I need to provide in order to receive the Toy Cash Reward? 
Answer: You will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and select whether you would like to receive your Reward by PayPal™ or as a MasterCard® card. 
Question: How many Toy Cash Rewards can I receive? 
Answer: Each person/household/e-mail address may redeem a maximum of four (4) Toy Cash Rewards for the life of the promotion. 
Question: When is the last day to redeem my codes? 
Answer:  4/15/13 at 11:59 PM EST. 
Question: Are the codes case sensitive?  
Answer:  Yes. The codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear in the package insert. 
Question: Can I enter the same code more than once? 
Answer:  No. Each code is unique and may only be entered once.

Question: I entered in my code and it is not working.  
Answer:  Always check to see that you are entering the code correctly and that it is 14 characters long.  Also please ensure that the code was not used previously.  If the problem persists, please contact customer service and a representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.  To contact Customer Service by e-mail, please click here. Question: When and how will I receive my reward? 
Answer:  If you have selected PayPal, please allow 2 - 3 weeks to receive your credit from the date the codes were entered on the site. If you have selected MasterCard card, please allow 6 - 8 week to receive your reward, from the date the codes were entered on the site. 

Question: What happens if I did not receive my MasterCard card?
Answer: If the MasterCard card has not arrive within 8 weeks of submitting the form, please click here to contact customer service. 
Question: What happens if I do not see my credit in my PayPal account? 
Answer: You will receive an email from PayPal indicating that money has been deposited to your account (be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder).  If the credit has not appeared within 3 weeks of submitting the form, please click here to contact customer service. 
Question: What if I do not have a PayPal account? 
Answer:   To sign up for free, please visit https://www.PayPal.com. To receive your credit, be sure to use the same email address that you used for this offer.
